I recently stayed at a&o and was impressed with the thoughtful amenities. The beds had two USB charging slots, making it easy to charge my devices. The room was clean and new, with thick curtains and a 'do not disturb' sign to ensure privacy. There was also a quiet area with a long table and sockets, perfect for working. The staff, especially Tomas, Eugeniia, and Flemming. their service was top-notch.

The hotel is realy close to main tran and bus station, and of course it is really close to allein department for visa issue and other things.

It is really crowed and noisy even at 3 am.

Good value for money, booked for a group of 10 and it is just what we needed. Somewhere to lay our heads at night that was clean and tidy. The staff were great also, and helped us out where required.

Budget hotel, booked it only because I needed a room of 6. You have to note that the beds are not made and you pay extra for bed sheets...

It was a clean hotel with good breakfast service. 10-15 min walk to central rail stations and city tour buses. They offered us a specious room with a free extra bed for our child.

Convenient location near the main train station. Good value for a safe and comfortable stay. Easy access to the Speicherstadt area. Suitable for short stays of 2-3 days.

Very helpful hotel staff, quick to aid us and solve issues. Nice and clean rooms which are well furnished.

A little off the ways from the central station, a lot easier to take the 112 bus to the building rather than walking there. Single lift makes for a long wait when your room is at the top storey.
